Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise on the event page, tickets sold by Anantaya Resorts are refundable only if an event is cancelled. Change-of-mind refunds are at our discretion.

2. Cancelled or Postponed Events

• Cancelled: ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
• Postponed: tickets normally remain valid for the new date; if you cannot attend, contact us about a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at serendibofficials@gmail.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Fees

Booking or processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
